Dinghli Cliffs
Scenic, towering cliffs featuring panoramic views and a chapel, which marks the area’s highest point
About Dinghli Cliffs
Dinghli
The Dingli Cliffs, located along Malta’s western coastline, are among the island’s most stunning natural attractions. Rising dramatically over 250 metres above sea level, the cliffs are the highest point in Malta, providing sweeping vistas of the open sea and the uninhabited Filfla islet. The view is especially captivating during sunset when the golden hues of the setting sun light up the rugged landscape. Walking paths wind along the cliffs and offer opportunities to discover native flora and fauna. Near the cliffs, you’ll find the Chapel of St Mary Magdalene, a quaint 17th-century chapel perched precariously close to the edge, adding to the charm and mystique of the location.
