Hotel Galleria Vik Milano Review – Looking down on the passing parades of shoppers as you have your breakfast, this exquisite hotel brought out the best that the attractive and trendy Milan had to offer. The boutique hotel, situated in the Galleria shopping precinct– the historical and cultural heart of Milan – had everything modern and immaculately designed… so very Milan. It really made our stay so special.
The location is more than perfect, with nearly everything you need being in walking distance. Moments from the Duomo, with stunning courtyard views through to the Galleria, and designer shops just downstairs. The mall itself is gorgeous with finely tiled floors, walls and archways. In the rooms, everything was brand new, clean, fresh, and fashionable. I loved the slippers too. The beds were amazingly comfortable with great pillows and the bathroom was just luxurious!
Oysters at the Hotel Galleria Vik Milano
Breakfast was relaxing with a fabulous selection. We also had the chance to have a few late night oysters at the bar and restaurant. It was nice to have a good laugh with the staff who made us feel so welcome and laid back. They even have live Opera there every Thursday evening.
The Hotel Galleria Vik Milano is really such an unusual and understated hotel. With a few trendy twists, I would recommend it to anyone heading to Milan!
