Day: 1 Rome

On arrival in Rome, our private escort will bring you to your hotel for check in and to refresh. Enjoy and evening at your leisure to get oriented in the Eternal City.

Day: 2 Rome


After breakfast, enjoy an introduction to relief-painting workshop. This is a unique opportunity to sharpen your art skills and create your own masterpiece. A workshop where the playful element and the teaching combine. This special technique is based on the modelling of matter to get a relief effect, and the use of color. The subjects are related to the city of Rome and the materials are wooden support, various grain sands, mirror, glasses, glue, acrylic colors, brushes, spatulas, etc. In the afternoon, you'll be escorted to the Vatican Museums and St. Peter’s Basilica for a private guided tour. You will see masterpieces by Renaissance masters in the Raphael Rooms, rest for a while in the Borgia Apartments and then marvel at Michelangelo’s Sistine Chapel! We'll then visit St. Peter’s Basilica, see the incredible altar and wonder at the Michelangelo’s beautiful sculpture, the “Pietà”. Outside, in St. Peter’s Square, you can admire Bernini’s clever optical illusion, spot the balcony from which the Pope delivers his public addresses. Return to your hotel for an evening at your leisure.

Day: 3 Rome


After breakfast be escorted to your fresco workshop. It is more than just an art workshop: it gives you the chance to learn the fresco techniques from an experienced teacher. The aim of the workshop is to offer an experience of pure artistic expression; the presentation will offer historical examples of the Renaissance applying fresco techniques, and the choice of your own subjects will be agreed on together with the teacher, according to your tastes and skills. The afternoon is at your leisure to stroll the city’s ancient streets and discover its amazing Piazza’s and monuments including the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain.

Day: 4 Rome


After breakfast immerse yourself in the art and technique of Mosaics. You will be introduced to a variety of materials that you can combine to make stunning mosaics. This class caters to those who wish to learn the beautiful craft of Mosaic and create their own works of art. The focus is on the basics of mosaic, the traditional mosaic techniques, tools, materials, etc. In the afternoon, your eyes will be delighted by the masterpieces at the “Galleria Borghese” museum. You will enjoy a private guided tour and will visit one of the most precious pearls of Roman Art. The Borghese Gallery - set in the lovely surroundings of the Villa Borghese gardens - holds treasures that are not normally seen on tours. The evening is yours at your leisure to explore Rome’s magnificent streets and piazzas or perhaps shop on Via Del Corso or glamorous Via Dei Condotti.
