Day: 1 Venice - Cortina D'Ampezzo

Welcome to Venice! Once you arrive you will be escorted by private transfer to your spectacular hotel in Cortina d’Ampezzo – a charming alpine resort town surrounded by stunning peaks. Host to the 1956 Winter Olympics (also known as (Milan-Cortina 2026’), Cortina enjoys a reputation for great skiing in winter, and in the summer attracts hikers and climbers who challenge the rocky faces of the nearby mountains. The rest of your day is at leisure.

Day: 2 Cortina D'Ampezzo - Lake Antorno - Rifugio Auronzo - Cortina D'Ampezzo

Head to Lake Antorno, then on to Rifugio Auronzo by snowmobile. Admire the spectacular view, take pictures, and get ready for your exciting descent on sledges! The descent is 5km/3 miles long with thrilling hairpins to tackle, fun is guaranteed! Your guide will provide safety instructions and the necessary instructions to maximize your enjoyment.
Afterwards, take the cable car across the slopes where you will enjoy a delicious hearty lunch in a typical Alpine style rifugio. Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure in Cortina.

Day: 3 Cortina D'Ampezzo

Enjoy a stroll through town, explore Cortina’s stylish center, the Corso d’Italia, a pedestrian walk-street at the center of centro storico (historic center), where there is an abundance of shops and stores that has become one of the biggest attractions for visitors!

Day: 4 Cortina D'Ampezzo - Lagazuoi Cinque Torri - Alta Badia Valley

Start the day with a transfer to the Lagazuoi Cinque Torri (Five Towers) area in the heart of the Eastern Dolomites, at the confluence of three valleys: the Ampezzo valley, Val Badia and upper Val Cordevole.
Take a chairlift through the forest to the impressive Cinque Torri boulders and absorb the spectacular mountain views and the visible WWI bunkers and trenches.
From here you will continue on a guided hike through the trenches, with spectacular views over the Tofane and Lagazuoi massifs.
Spend some leisure time to taste the local dishes and those of the Ampezzo area, and enjoy the beautiful views from the terrace of your lunch-stop at Rifugio.
Descend by chairlift and head to the picturesque Alta Badia valley for views of the Dolomites. This area was part of Austria prior to the First World War. Here, before dinner, you’ll have free time to enjoy the unique mountain scenery with villages rich in natural beauties and ancient traditions, witness the simple everyday life of the local people (the “Ladini”), as well as the customs and traditions of the ancient Ladin culture.

Day: 5 Alta Badia Valley - Kronplatz - Alta Badia Valley

Today you will head by cablecar to the top of Kronplatz ski area. Kronplatz is a popular destination, with its majestic 2,275m peak standing out from the surrounding mountains. On the top of a wooded area, along the south side of the Pusteria Valley, it offers a 360-degree panorama of the entire surroundings, said to be the most beautiful in the Alps. Discover the Messner Mountain Museum "Corones," part of six-museum series dedicated to man’s relationship with the mountains. Set on the summit plateau, the building is mostly underground and was designed by the world renowned architect Zaha Hadid.
Enjoy a gourmet lunch at AlpINN commissioned and managed by the Michelin star chef Norbert Niederkofler, that uses only local ingredients. The restaurants boasts large glass windows offering breath-taking views as well as an open kitchen.
Return to your hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.

Day: 6 Alta Badia Valley - Pisciadu Waterfalls - Passo Gardena - Alta Badia Valley

Today you will hike on a gentle winter path to the Pisciadu Waterfalls, unfolding at the foot of the impressive Sella Massif, with its’ pinnacles, dramatic rock faces and the famous Val Di Mezdi. Hike past the biotope lake and continue uphill on a snowy track surrounded by woodland areas until you reach the Pisciadù waterfalls. Admire the frozen waterfalls, cross the ski slope and take the cable-car to Passo Gardena for a mighty lunch at Jimmy’s Hut with idyllic views over the Alta Badia and Val Gardena valleys before your descent back to Corvara.
